Returns & Refunds
- All products are made to order.
- Once an order has been confirmed, it is non-refundable.
- We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preferences.
- Every order undergoes a quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, we’re here to help.
Please notify us within 2 working days of receiving your order by emailing:
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Images of the packaging (if damaged)
- A brief description of the issue
Replacement Policy
We offer replacements only for:
- Products damaged during transit
- Incorrect items shipped by us
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Credit Note
If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we will issue a Credit Note equal to the value of the approved damaged or incorrect item.
Credit Note Terms
- Valid for future purchases from House of Avoyi.
- The new order value must be equal to or greater than the credit note value.
- If the new order exceeds the credit amount, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.
